Right of withdrawal and guarantees

The right of withdrawal is guaranteed to our Customers according to Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n. 206 “Consumer Code”. They will be able to exercise this right within 10 days from the date of delivery of the goods, without any penalty and without specifying the reason.
To activate the return procedure it will be necessary to send an email to: INFO@TRMCARNAGO.IT with the subject “exercise of the right of withdrawal”, indicating: the order number, the date of receipt of the goods, the date and number of the invoice or receipt, the reason for the withdrawal (optional).

Upon receipt of the email you will be contacted to communicate the shipping methods of the goods you wish to return.
The Customer is required to return the goods to TRMCARNAGO.IT at his own expense within 7 days from the date of receipt, the deadline being the moment in which the goods are delivered for return to the courier.
The returned goods will be accepted only if intact, well preserved and obviously not tampered with or used.
Goods with characteristics different from those described above will not be accepted.
The rejected goods will be returned to the sender freight collect.
As soon as the goods are checked and accepted we will promptly refund, using the methods preferred by the customer (paypal or bank transfer). The aforementioned amount will not include shipping costs.

Guarantees

All products sold by TRM are covered by the manufacturer’s conventional warranty and by the 24-month warranty for defects of conformity, pursuant to Legislative Decree 24/02. This guarantee applies to the product if it is used correctly, in compliance with its intended use and as provided in the attached technical documentation (e.g. in the event of incorrect assembly this guarantee ceases to exist).
In the event of a lack of conformity, the Customer must send the goods to the registered office of T.R.M. DI PAOLO SOFFIANTINI – VIA SAN REMIGIO, 3 – 21040 CARNAGO (VA), with related purchase documentation (copy of invoice or receipt). We will then send it to the manufacturer who will assess the damage. If the defect is recognized, we will restore the conformity of the product through repair or replacement.
In the event that, for any reason, we are unable to return a product under warranty (restored or replaced), we will proceed to refund the entire amount paid or replace it with a product with equal or superior characteristics.

*This guarantee is reserved for the private consumer (natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or makes the purchase without indicating a VAT number reference in the order form).
